This is a photo showing a before and after shot of the same product to indicate both the type and quality of service offered. |
This is a shot of three very large and very expensive bolts used on the US Navy's latest warship - the LCS. The finish quality and workmanship of these bolts is first rate. You can't see it in the photo, but there is a very slight taper to the unthreaded portion of the bolt. |
A photo of an office building taken at 10:00 PM. I used only the ambient light. If you look at the larger photo, you can see that the shadows come from the building. |
This is a multiple exposure of a cast iron coupling so that the configuration and location of the rubber buffer is apparent. |
This is a shot of a 14K gold matching bracelet and necklace on a piece of natural slate tile. The quarter was placed in the photo to give a sense of size. |
This shot of a water lily was from a pond in my backyard. It was shot immediately after a rain storm with a high f-stop (32) for the greatest depth of field. And with the rain, the lily and lily pads were dust free. The camera was supported on a carbon fiber tripod with a parallel beam so I could extend the camera over the lily for a shot nearly straight down. |
A shot of Miami, Florida from the deck of a Royal Carribean cruise ship just before leaving port. |
Shot in May, 2012 of a super moon. A super moon is when the moon is at it's closest point to earth during a full moon. Shot with a 400 mm telephoto lens and a 2X teleconverter lens. Supported on a Manfrotto carbon fiber tripod. |
A simple shot of a mount with a high f-stop for greatest depth of field. Every part of the mount is in focus. |
A collection of three different kinds of clouds with a rainbow superimposed over them. This is not a manipulated photo. This is the way it looked. |
This is a one-piece machined steel ring approximately 5 feet in diameter. It was shot while lying flat and then rotated into a vertical position. |
This is a composite image consisting of three photos that I took superimposed over a "cool" background. It was used full size inside a soda machine. Where the image splits, there was a bar inside the machine supporting product. Essentially, there were three views of the background in the soda machine and this fit perfectly. |
A large VULKARDAN-E torsionally-resilient coupling manufactured here in Florida. Shot while lying flat with a high f-stop. The background was removed and then the photo was rotated into position and a shadow added. |
An exploded view of a coupling similar to the one above. Each piece was carefully positioned on a "crosshair" and then each piece was individually photographed. I removed the background from all of the photos, stacked them vertically with construction lines and then rotated the assembled photo into position. |
This is a photo of the detailed engraving of a 14K gold lady's pocket watch manufactured in 1911. The engraving is from 1914. The watch is positioned on a piece of natural slate tile. Shot with a tripod and a very high f-stop and slow shutter. |
This is a shot of the movement of the watch in the photo above. Shot with a tripod and a very high f-stop with a slow shutter. |
